Some customers see the following event in the Windows Event Log:
Syncovery_Service not installed: The specified service does not exist as an installed service.
A Syncovery Event ID 2 Error in the event log is added every 10 minutes.
This is because the Syncovery Guardian was chosen during Setup, but the scheduler is not running as a service. For many use cases, it's fine if the scheduler runs as a background app, which it does by default. But then you need to stop the Syncovery Guardian service.
So you can either stop the Guardian and prevent it from starting with Windows, or install the scheduler as a service.
To stop the Guardian, please go to Windows Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services, and stop the Syncovery Guardian Service and edit its properties and change its start type to Disabled.
