Just started using Syncovery and am tempted to use it permanently, but is it possible to have a similar function to the Copy then delete option, but have it move them into a new folder called archive instead of deleting them?

yes, suppose you are moving files from left to right, then you can specify the archive folder in the profile under

Files -> Deletions

using the checkmark "Move Deleted Files Into A Specified Folder..."

The folder needs to be specified for the "L:" side because the files are deleted from the left side.

This is exactly what I needed. Much better than linking the backup to a bat script!
