Hi Tobias,

Under what conditions does this error appear?
"error 225:Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software"

What malware detection utility is Syncovery using in this context? How does it determine that such files are corrupted in any way?

Syncovery does not detect anything. Windows, or a cloud service that you are using, refuses to copy the file.
