the new Syncovery version 9.36 includes these improvements:
- adds a new checkbox to the Performance tab sheet of the Program Settings dialog: “Remove default threading limits and other program limits”
"other program limits" - What kind of limits are they?

"Other limits" include copying max. 100 files in parallel locally, using over 1000 scanning threads on Windows (or 50 on other platforms), and things like:

"The minimum interval for scheduled jobs involving cloud storages is 1 minute."

Polling cloud storages more frequently than every 30 seconds (via Schedule->RealTime->Polling).
