Error Operation Cancelled

When running the Syncovery Service I get this error:

The profile is run by the Syncovery Service.

Left Side Volume Name: *****
Right Side Volume Name: *****
Error Operation Canceled @ 0000000001DB0ED6 Checkpoints: DEA-TM/DEA-TM

The synchronization was prepared but not carried out.
Error Operation Canceled @ 0000000001DB0ED6 Checkpoints: DEA-TM/DEA-TM, preparation not OK.

Any thoughts on why this would occur?

Hello,
the process is being terminated. Can you check if this still happens with the latest Syncovery version? Which one do you currently have?

can you update to Syncovery 9.35 - and if the problem remains, please send a largely unabridged log file to support@syncovery.com?
