Wrong socket state with Syncovery 9.32c and WebDAV

Post by M_Meyer »

Hi,

with Syncovery 9.32c and WebDAV (magentacloud), I get the error "Wrong socket state" when trying to copy a file.
The logfile says:
IP Exception (5): ETGSocketOrHttpError Connection lost due to error 10058(A) @ 0000000001516B9D, CP:CorEX5:Connection lost due to error 10058(A)
Exception Connection lost due to error 10058(A) at 0000000001516B9D.
Filename: xxx
Checkpoints: TGGetOrPutEX:Connection lost due to error 10058(A)

With 9.32, everything is okay.

Hello,
thanks for the report! I increased the SSL packet size to optimize upload speed to Microsoft Azure.

I will revert this increase for WebDAV in today's upcoming update v9.33.

In the meantime, I think you can just switch the "library" to 1 (OpenSSL) on the Internet Protocol Settings dialog and it will be fine.

Hello,
I have fixed it in 9.32d now. But OpenSSL is probably better anyway.

Thanks!
With 9.32d, it works again.
Switching the "library" to 1 (OpenSSL) on the Internet Protocol Settings dialog does not work at all - not even the listing works.
I think that was the reason that I switched to "2" (SBB SSL).
