After Windows going into Standby, periodic profiles take very long to start

Post by M_Meyer »

Hi,
After Windows going into Standby, periodic profiles sometimes take very long to start - they are started, but are somehow stuck.
Only after approx 10 min, they really start and finish shortly after that.
Profiles syncing to fileserver in intranet are affected as well as profiles syncing to cloud (t-online webdav).
Any ideas?

Hello,
when a profile is stuck, please right-click and choose "Diagnose Activity" and send to support@syncovery.com.

Also you can try turning the following option on or off:

on the Program Settings dialog, tab sheet Misc, at the bottom:
X Restart scheduler process after sleep has been detected

Log files are sent.

"Restart scheduler process after sleep has been detected" is already on.
