Syncovery 10 and slow web and add TLS 1.3

Hello.
There is a thread where I suggested updating Syncovery Web to support TLS 1.3 and this would be added in the next release. Has this been implemented?
The web version is still very slow as it was implemented in version 9 since the beginning. Is there any improvement in sight?
Some profiles need confirmation of the action and the web version this is not possible. I need to access the App remotely to confirm the action. Could this change in the future?
