I regularly notice that the backup is stopped without reason. If I press Cancel and confirm, nothing happens.
The problem is that a dialog asking me if I want to overwrite a file is displayed but hidden.
I have to minimize Syncovery then maximize it to show it. Then, after closing that dialog, the backup is cancelled if I pressed Cancel before.

interesting, can you try if it makes a difference if you are using "Run profiles in main window" mode?

This is chosen via the Gears toolbar button -> Running Options.
