Forum default options: enable new topic subscription by default

When a user posts a new topic on this forum, the topic subscription should be enabled by default to be notified of replies.

this should not be necessary, please see your notification settings here:
ucp.php?i=ucp_notifications&mode=notification_options

There's "Someone replies to a topic to which you are subscribed", but we'd need to be subscribed.
That can be changed in
ucp.php?i=ucp_prefs&mode=post but it could be enabled by default for new users.

well I didn't write the forum software, so I can't change it.
