Problem With File Paths

Hi and thanks in advance for your help.

I use syncovery 3 years now with no problem. I use two way sync with smart tracking (google drive).

I experience after the update (9.0) a strange problem that that program reads file paths incorrectly and therefore uploads (or deletes) unexpectedly and wrong (Chinese symbols appear).

Its not happening all the time but randomly. I can send you a log file but I don't know how.

Please advise.

which version exactly? Can you try the latest version 9.38k?

Hello,
could you delete the cloud cache files in C:\ProgramData\Syncovery\Database?

If it doesn't help, maybe send a complete log file to support@syncovery.com?
