Syncovery appears to be adding data to the file extension of only some of my PDF files. What could possibly cause this? The file(s) on my server are .pdf but when they arrive at the source (right side) they appear as seen below.

COMMERCIAL_LOAN_APPLICATION_222888.pdf.d20210105-u232636.s176731.$syncovery

Please assist.

Hello,
this is just a temporary filename, which should be renamed to the real file as soon as the copy is complete. Maybe you just need to hit F5 to update your Windows Explorer view?

If it doesn't happen, please remove the checkmark

X Automatically resume (copy with temporary filenames)

from the tab sheet "Files" in the profile.

Maybe the final rename fails due to permissions or other causes.

If problems remain, please send a log file to support@syncovery.com.
