Nachdem es immer wieder sehr langsam wurde, habe ich mich jetzt mal getraut, die PHP-Version umzustellen von 7.4.3 auf 7.4.28, und jetzt scheint es wieder super schnell zu sein. Vielleicht war da irgendwas kaputt. Die genaue Ursache werde ich vermutlich nicht herausfinden.

you need to use an afp network connection for these purposes. It's not possible via SFTP, or at least not implemented in Syncovery and no plans to do so. SMB might work too, but I'm not sure if extended attributes are implemented over SMB on macOS.
