MD5 verification is excellent feature! It works fine with Google Drive when "Binary Comparison Of Existing Files While Building the File List" is selected. It is widely known for a fact that Yandex has WebDAV mostly for show. It does not work really.

Thanks! I was confused because that option is placed right under right-hand side. May be it will be better to move it to another place.

Checkmarks stay in place after "Run Checked Profiles" job is finished.
It is confusing. I suppose checkmarks should be removed automatically.

Choose some subfolders on the left-hand side using Profile Settings -> Include Subfolders -> Choose Folders and Files. Then create new subfolder.
