Re: Strange behavior of Smart Tracking mode in combination with "Flat Right Side (no folders)"
Hello, the next version 9.46n will be able to work with SmartTracking and Flat Right Side. If a file on the source side is updated however, it will be copied to the destination, regardless of whether somebody has previously deleted or renamed it there. Also - I think it's better to use the two Archi...

Re: How to setup webgui on QNAP NAS
Hello, the page is skipped if the URL ends with ?nossl=1. You can get to the SSL/TLS configuration page via the Program Settings dialog, tab sheet "Advanced", by clicking the button: "Configure SSL/TLS for Web GUI" If you are on a home or office LAN which you trust, then you don't really need SSL. I...

Re: Want to achieve specific delete and sync behaviour
Hello, you need to configure the profile as a two-way sync for this. Left to right and Right to left. The reason is that deletions will be mirrored in both directions. You can specify what should happen with deleted files on the SmartTracking dialog. If you need to prevent other files from being dow...

Re: Strange behavior of Smart Tracking mode in combination with "Flat Right Side (no folders)"
Hello,
SmartTracking is not really meant to be combined with "Flat Right Side". I'm not sure if this combination was ever tested.
However it might be possible to enable it. Did you test it with the latest version 9.46?

Re: Prevent @eaDir creation and it's content
Hello,
these are hidden folders that the Synology system software creates.
You can type
@eaDir
in the profile under "Masks & Filters" -> "Exclusions".

Re: Profil mit Timer im beaufsichtigten Modus starten
Hi,
mit dem Timer geht das so direkt nicht, aber man kann ein Profil per Kommandozeile starten:
"C:\Program Files\Syncovery\Syncovery.exe" /RUNX="Profilname"
Die Kommandozeile könnte man ggf. als "Ausführen vorher/nachher"-Befehl in einem anderen Profil eingeben, oder auf andere Weise ausführen.

Re: New user - how to use Synology package?
Hello, you can access the Syncovery web GUI via port 8999. Syncovery also appears in the Synology's DSM GUI in the main menu. Click the button in the top left corner, and there you will see all your apps. The first Syncovery page you will probably see is about configuring SSL, but if you work in a L...

Re: How to view filtered files?
Hello, to be honest, the best way is to remove the masks and filters, then run the job in Attended Mode and look at the Sync Preview to see the remaining files that Syncovery now wants to copy. You can remove the checkmark "Use Global Exclusion Masks Also" from the tab sheet Masks & Filters -> Exclu...
