Re: How does Syncovery handle transfers when there is an interruption in the internet/network?
It depends on the protocol being used. If Syncovery resumed the transfer (which is only supported by some protocols), then it will go back a few Bytes to ensure everything is correct. But to guarantee that the file is not corrupt, you would have to compare the file. You could manually create hashes ...

Re: The history of files on google disk is not stored when using encryption
Hi,
in fact I can probably rename it to the new name with only the one size, then replace it ... in any case, there may be a way to keep the history.
I will put it on my to do list.

Re: The history of files on google disk is not stored when using encryption
Hello,
that's an interesting observation. Unfortunately Syncovery must store the original uncompressed file size in the file name, otherwise it cannot reliably synchronize and compare files.
Maybe in a future version I can try to save the original file size as a comment or other metadata.

Hi,
ich würde auf dem zweiten Registerblatt des Internet/FTP-Dialogs die Überprüfung der Dateigröße nach dem Transfer ausschalten.

Re: Change "Nothing to do" emails to "Error" emails
Hello, your colleagues don't have to troubleshoot this, they can just contact our support. You could just set up e-mail filters based on "Nothing to do". But alternatively, you can invoke an external command using Execute before/after, and use the "Variables that can be used in the Execute before/af...

Re: Syncovery 10 for Windows has been released
Hello, thanks! Yes the default for new jobs is to adjust folder times too. Previous Syncovery versions had the checkmark off by default. The only question is whether rsync.net supports setting the folder timestamps. I think over the SFTP protocol, it should work. But not using WebDAV or traditional ...

Re: FTP transfer speed grinds to a halt at 97%
Hi, I don't really believe this is a bug, just a problem. In terms of FTP, nothing has changed since version 9. You could install version 9 to check. You can always go back and forth between the two. You could try the four different FTP libraries which you can choose on the Internet Protocol setting...

Re: automatically including new sub folders but not root level and generating a text list/report of what will be done
Hi, normally, users only choose any of these logging settings if our support asks them to do so. These options are only for debugging and problem diagnosis. You can try them but I do not have any further information on them. Keep Checkpoint History is needed to get detailed "Activity Reports" if a p...
