Re: [QNAP] Backup Syncovery config and profiles

Hello, yes, downloading the config file is all you need. You can then import all profiles from this config file. However, global program settings can't be imported (yet). For those you would need to stop Syncovery and replace the Syncovery.cfg file in place, for example via SFTP with FileZilla. The ...

Re: Legacy encryption and web gui issues. Syncovery 9.47g

Hello,
yes, there are now multiple ini files. The most important data is still in Syncovery.ini, but data that may change more frequently is stored in other ini files. The idea is to protect the main configuration and profiles better because the main ini file will be modified less often.

Re: Error message isn't displayed over the backup progression dialog

Hello,
interesting, can you try if it makes a difference if you are using "Run profiles in main window" mode?

Re: Option to keep last x compressed files backups

Hello,
on the Compressed Packages dialog, there's an option to add the time to the name, so previous backups won't be deleted.

Re: Sort files

Hello,
thanks for the suggestion! If you speak of "biggest folders", that would mean there should be two options:
- sort by file size
- sort by folder size

I will consider it.

Re: help for file tag sync

Hello, theoretically it should work if you go to Special->More and click on the button "Extended Attributes, ..." and then choose X Compare Extended Attributes for Existing Files But for two-way jobs, this doesn't work because file tags do not have a timestamp, so Syncovery cannot know which side ha...
