Re: PCloud: Invalid files

I tested that yesterday and it was fine. Only a temporary .$syncovery file was left.

Please send the log file from your test to support@syncovery.com.

Re: PCloud: Invalid files

Hello, copying from one cloud protocol to another is surely different than uploading from local. I think the latest Syncovery update fixes your problems. You can turn off "Filename Encoding" but you don't have to. You do not have to re-do any of your backup, because encoded filenames can be freely m...

Re: Google Drive on Qnap setup

Hello, normally when you click "Folder", a little progress dialog appears with a link for the authorization. Make sure that the profile name field has been filled first. Re: Dropbox has moved its files under MacOS - Implications for backing up those local files via Syncovery

Hello, yes, you could either exclude the whole Library folder or at least specific subfolders such as Cache and Caches ... You can exclude folders by typing these names into the Exclusion Masks, for example: /Library or Cache;Caches The first will exclude the Library folder only at the top level, wh...

Re: Dropbox has moved its files under MacOS - Implications for backing up those local files via Syncovery

Hello, thanks for posting this interesting topic! Yes, I totally recommend not syncing with the local DropBox folder. Instead, click the Internet button and choose the DropBox protocol and let Syncovery download and back up the files directly from the cloud. Anyway, some comments on the local DropBo...

Re: Full uninstall ?

Did you try the "Refresh" button?

Usually I recommend not keeping the Syncovery web GUI open.
