Re: Option to keep last x compressed files backups
Hello, yes probably. I think you should use Standard Copying. Please note that using compressed packages with multiple files per package is not the native sync mode for Syncovery. In most cases, I recommend using "Compress Each File Individually" so that Syncovery can see what's already on the desti...

Re: Option to keep last x compressed files backups
Hello,
on the Compressed Packages dialog, there's an option to add the time to the name, so previous backups won't be deleted.
But there is no automatic clean-up of older packages yet.

Re: Sort files
Hello,
thanks for the suggestion! If you speak of "biggest folders", that would mean there should be two options:
- sort by file size
- sort by folder size
I will consider it.

Re: help for file tag sync
Hello, theoretically it should work if you go to Special->More and click on the button "Extended Attributes, ..." and then choose X Compare Extended Attributes for Existing Files But for two-way jobs, this doesn't work because file tags do not have a timestamp, so Syncovery cannot know which side ha...

Re: attach files to email?
Hello, not directly, but you can create a separate profile with "Email" as destination. Can you describe the use case in more detail, so I can recommend how to connect these profiles exactly. Maybe it can be done with one profile. It depends on what your other source and destination are (local or FT...

Re: QNAP version, program settings export/import
Hello, the Import feature is only for profiles. To replace the complete config file, you need to first take note of the exact Linux path of Syncovery.cfg. You can see it on the first tab sheet of the Program Settings dialog. Then stop Syncovery (for example, right-click and choose "Terminate Process...

Re: QNAP version, program settings export/import
Hello,
you can import profiles by right-clicking in the profile area.
Please do not import any profiles from Windows. This can cause problems, because the Linux version is very different.

Re: QNAP issue
Hello, if you would like remote assistance, for example with TeamViewer, please call us (see contact page for phone numbers) or write to support@syncovery.com. I assume you did click on the "Click here to authorize Syncovery" link, and the authorization in your web browser went well? Again, to get a...
