SOLVED. go to top menu bar. click on PROFILE GROUPS. click option to SHOW PROFILES. select OK. this POPULATES the group names. it then sorts them. then you can go back and UNCHECK the SHOW PROFILES (I guess it does not matter) and select OK, the list stays intact and the gropus stay sorted EDIT #2 -...
