Sorry for reviving this old thread once again. Setting the desired file permission is still not working for us.

We just tried using Pascal script option to set the file permissions on the target directory which is linux server but ran into this error as shown in screenshot ...

the box is already unchecked. What could be the reason for different number of log files for different profiles?

I have multiple profiles and I just noticed something wherein for some profiles, logs are available from the last two years and for some only 35 days, some just 25 days. It varies from profile to profile.

am copying from local(Windows) to SFTP(Linux)

I am losing the permissions on the destiantion and I would need 664 at least but I always end up getting 644.

Your solution worked like a charm.
it was all because of the missing '/' and files went into home directory.
All good now.
Will let you in case of any issues. Lets hope there wont be any.
