Re: Versioning not actually moving version to specified folder

Hello, yes, the option "Filename Encoding" implies that all files get the timestamp added to their names, and will stay in the main folder when versioned. There is currently no way to let older versions be deleted after a period of time. The limit is only the number of older versions. If versions ar...

Re: Backup check just left side

Hello,
yes the cache can be used with GCS too.

Apparently we have reached a user registration limit with GCS again, so if you get an error that the app is blocked, I will update it.

Re: Backup check just left side

Hello, yes, you can use "Cache Destination File List" on the Special tab sheet in the profile. This is recommended for S3 and Azure. For Google Drive however, the cloud connector automatically uses a cache and retrieves only the changes every time the job is run. So that should be pretty fast, unles...

Re: delete empty folder

Hello, in the profile, under Files->Deletions, you can choose: Never Delete any Files (only Folders) Then make a small test please. The Sync Preview will show that it wants to delete all folders, but it will delete only empty ones (because folders that aren't empty can't be deleted). Please test thi...

Re: Sync getting triggered by Client

Hello, no, but it would be possible using the browser based GUI that you can enable on the Cloud tab sheet of the Program Settings dialog. Of course it depends how far away server and client are. Are they on the same LAN or VPN? Then you can access the browser GUI by entering the server IP address a...

Re: Masks, vs Configure;Selected

Hello, inthis case, please don't combine a subfolder selection with an external text file containing folders. Subfolders should be "All" and the text file should contain all selections. If the reference to the text file starts with :+ then any exsting subfolder selection in the profile is being igno...

Re: "Waiting for Availability" bei Echtzeitsync

Re: Masks, vs Configure;Selected

Hello,
for an item to be included, both are required:
a) the (sub)folder must be in the subfolder selections
b) the file name must match the Inclusion Masks

Exclusions override Inclusions.
