version 8.40 doesn't recognize it, but the last free update version 8.70 does know the AcceptAllSSLCertificates option in Syncovery.ini. You can just install it over the existing version. The download is still available in our additional downloads page.

Please send a log file to support@syncovery.com with precise error messages if problems remain.

There has not been any change between these Syncovery versions except for the download of abusive files.

In version 11.12.1, you will now find the following checkmark on the second tab sheet of the Cloud dialog in the profile (Internet Protocol Settings):

- Allow Downloading Files That Google Considers Risky

zunächst kann man unter "Masken" -> "Ausschlussmasken" eintippen:

log.txt

Das würde die Datei in allen Ordner ausschließen.

Wenn es nur in einem bestimmten Ordner sein soll, tippt man:
\Ordnername\log.txt

Wobei "Ordnername" relativ zum Ausgangspfad das Profils ist, nicht relativ zum Root ...

the hints / hover text on the toolbar on the Profile Overview do show fine on my system.

Can you check if ToolTip hints are enabled in the Help menu?

Yes there are a lot of settings, but they are grouped and organized very well. The GUI is not going to be changed anytime soon.

unfortunately if Google disallows the download, no software in the world can bypass this.

The best you can hope for is that Syncovery could silently skip the file. Is that what you want?

Normally, you would not use the Restore Wizard at all. Instead, please click the + button to create a profile. In this profile, you can make all your settings and save them permanently.
