Thank you for a great product and support!
I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for this software and your continued support. I've been using the software for just over 2 years now and it just works! Since I've set it up I can't remember the last issue, error or problem I've had with it. It just runs in the background like ...

Is there an easy way to see all file version available to restore?
Trying to recover some files that were overwritten both on my system and in the backup. Fortunately, I have versioning enabled so there should be multiple copies of the file in the backup but when going through the wizard my options are to restore the most recent version or to select a date... which...

FTP transfer speed grinds to a halt at 97%
I've noticed a bug in the last several versions of the app - probably since version 10 actually. I have a job that automatically connects to and FTP account once a week to download backups from my server while deleting older downloaded backups from several weeks prior. There are usually about 32 fil...

Thanks!
I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks for all the work you do on this application and that you're so responsive on the forums. I came across this application a little more than a month ago while searching for an alternative to Good Sync. I had tried a few other programs but they all were lack...

Syncovery Scheduler Failing to Start With Windows
Not sure why but since upgrade to 9.4 the Background Scheduler never starts with windows. I have to manually launch the app then enable the scheduler. I have "Auto-Start Background Scheduler With Windows Logon" enabled. I've also tried disabling and re-enabling it but it never seems to want to start.

Re: Real time sync triggering for folders not selected
I see, thanks for explaining that. I've broken things out into separate jobs and that seems to solve the issue. Not quite as clean as just having the one job that only scans the selected folders for changes but it works. Also I'm still not sure what caused the issue with the scheduler wanting to set...

Real time sync triggering for folders not selected
Running into an issue with real-time sync and folder selection... I've setup a real-time sync. I've selected my user folder in Windows as the base folder but then have specified that I only want to backup the desktop and documents folders. However the profile wants to constantly trigger to run think...
